We’re dedicated to building an insurance sales force that’s more responsive to the communities we serve. We’re partnering to support internships and fund scholarships to get more North Carolinians interested in careers in the industry.

- Durham Technical Community College to launch a five-year insurance career pathway program with scholarships.
- Central Piedmont Community College to offer scholarships and resources for workplace success.
- Historically Black Colleges and Universities to give students immersive professional experience to increase their competitiveness in the job market.
